1. Services we provide
- Custom website design, development, and launch
- AI chat assistants (website and social channels)
- Local SEO and Google Business setup
- Social media setup and ongoing AI support
- Domain registration and managed hosting
2. Payment
Services are billed via Stripe in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Pricing is made up of:
- One-time setup fees — charged at checkout
- Recurring subscriptions — billed monthly or yearly via Stripe until cancelled
3. Domain & hosting
Domain registration and managed hosting are mandatory with every website package — a website cannot be live without them. The first year is included in the listed setup fee. Renewals are billed annually and are required to keep your website online.
4. Refund policy
All sales are final. Because our work begins promptly and involves custom design and setup, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. If you have concerns, please contact us at support@shi-salonly.ca and we will work with you in good faith.
5. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete information during onboarding
- Deliver content (photos, copy, branding) in a timely manner
- Respond to feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe so we can keep your project moving
- Pay invoices and recurring subscriptions on time
Delays caused by missing client materials are not the responsibility of Shi Digital Marketing and may shift project timelines.
6. Intellectual property
- You own your content — your copy, photos, brand, and the final delivered website assets (text, images you provided, your domain).
- We retain rights to the underlying code, templates, design systems, internal tooling, AI prompts, and any pre-existing components used to build your site. You receive a perpetual licence to use these as part of your live website while subscriptions remain in good standing.
7. Cancelling a subscription
To cancel any recurring service (AI chat, social AI, hosting, etc.), email support@shi-salonly.ca. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you will not be billed again, and your service remains active through the period you have already paid for. Cancelling hosting will take your website offline.
8. Service availability & results
Services are provided "as-is" and on a commercially reasonable best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific results, search rankings, traffic levels, bookings, or revenue outcomes. Marketing and SEO results depend on many factors outside our control.
9. Right to refuse or terminate
Shi Digital Marketing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and to terminate ongoing services for non-payment, abusive conduct, illegal activity, or content that violates our acceptable-use standards (including hate speech, harassment, or content that infringes third-party rights).
10. Liability
Your use of our services is also governed by our Liability & Service Agreement, which limits our liability and contains an indemnity clause. Please read it carefully.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
