1. Information we collect
When you work with us, we collect:
- Your name, email, and phone number
- Business information (name, address, services, brand details)
- Payment information processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your full card details
- Files, photos, copy, and other content you upload or send us for your website
- Onboarding form responses
2. How we use your information
- To build, design, and deliver your website and related services
- To communicate with you about your project, invoices, and updates
- To process payments and recurring subscriptions
- To respond to support requests
3. Third parties who help us serve you
We share data only with the providers we need to run the service:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Supabase — secure database and file storage
- Email delivery providers — transactional emails (welcome, confirmations, etc.)
- Eternal Beauty Inc. — for clients referred through the Eternal Beauty partnership only, we share your name, contact info, and order details so Barbara McBean's team can support you and so commission tracking works. Non-EBI clients' data is never shared with Eternal Beauty Inc.
4. Data retention
We store your data securely for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards to support warranty, accounting, and legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
5. Your rights
You may contact us at any time to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correct or update inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal/contractual retention requirements)
6. Cookies & local storage
We use essential cookies and browser localStorage only to keep your cart, session, and onboarding progress working. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
7. Security
Your data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe under PCI-DSS standards. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we use industry-standard practices to protect your information.
8. Children
Our services are intended for business owners aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on our website.
